I graduated from the North Texas Institute of Massage and Bodywork in Lewisville, Texas in 2001. I began this career with the intention of improving the lives of others through the healing power of touch. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, and especially Senior Massage are my areas of expertise. My philosophy is that massage is not just for the pampering, it is vital part of a healthy lifestyle just like diet and exercise. Taking care of oneself through these preventive measures should be a priority to everyone and I find it to be a true calling for me to be part of this process.
